A full-service startup-house at the Sortedam lake in the heart of Copenhagen. We currently host 10 startups and are looking for motivated entrepreneurs and startups for our open office space on the 1st floor directly overlooking the lake.

We’re situated directly on the lakes in Copenhagen, making us easy to find and accessible - perfect for commuting, holding meetings or grabbing a coffee to-go for a refreshing walk around the surrounding Sortedam lake.
We’re currently about 60 people, representing 10 start-ups of varying sizes. We’re a dynamic bunch and there’s a great vibe throughout the house.
Klub500 is equipped with everything you need for a great cardio or weight lifting. Assault bike, rower, squat rack, lots of weights for your deadlifts and an area to practice boxing or BJJ.
Great facilities
5 conference rooms, 2 phone booths, a library lounge for conversations and reading, and a brand-new social lounge equipped with a projector ideal for hosting events, parties, and the like!

Social events
A big Friday bar every 2. months and a yearly extravagant summer party.
Starting price: 3,500 DKK/mo per person, including desk, chair, internet, community management and lots more.
Available add-ons: In-house gym (150 DKK), kiosk subscriptions (pay as you go or subscription)
Room for 18 entrepreneurs. You can apply as a solo founder or a team of max 5 people. If you're more than five and believe you fit in perfectly, then reach out to us anyway - we might have a closed office available.
